Exercises that prepare for walking

In this chapter, the patient can learn the basic requirements to be best prepared for walking.

A secure standing position is very important here.

The objective of facilitating leg movement is to achieve a secure standing position as quickly as possible to prepare the patient for walking. Standing upright has a positive effect on muscle tone, posture and physiological movement and stimulates balance.

All these are basic requirements for walking.
